Dear Doug;
 After calling you a couple days before the wedding to make arrangements with you to switch to a smaller limousine. I can’t tell you how much it meant to me and how relieved I was when I walked out of the church after the wedding was over and saw that you had sent the stretch Suburban as originally planned. In speaking with the wedding party prior to the wedding day I learned that only 4 or 5 would be riding from the church to the reception with Steve and myself, that is why I thought calling you to downsize was a wise idea. However, when I went outside I noticed that almost the entire wedding party was standing at the curb waiting to enter the Suburban. I then realized that you must have anticipated this very situation occurring and sent the Suburban instead of the eight passenger limo. Your foresight saved me both embarrassment and awkwardness. Having to tell the wedding party that there was not enough room for everyone would have been absolutely mortifying.
I also want to compliment you on your professionalism, flexibility and attitude. You were so helpful and knowledgeable and offered advice and suggestions on details for the wedding day that I hadn’t yet thought of You were quick to answer my calls and if my call was answered by the voice mail, you were returning my call within minutes. Service of this kind is truly rarely found. Again thank you for anticipating my need for a larger vehicle, and for the outstanding service you provided me. I will look for any opportunity to recommend your company to family and friends and I hope to be able to use your company again in the future.

I am writing to both acknowledge and thank you for the transportation services you have professionally  provided to our school district for more than the past two years. Thanks to you, our nearly 2,000 students in grades K-12 have had the opportunity to safely and efficiently travel to destinations where learning continues outside of the classroom. Our students at Sacramento High School are especially thankful since you have on more than one occasion met their needs on very short notice.

When we first made our reservation, we expected to get the standard, Lincoln 6—8 passenger coach, but were instead surprised to see the Yukon XL sitting out front.
